- 1 2-3lb pork loin, trimmed and cut hasselback style
- 1/3 cup of BBQ rub of your choice
- 1 Titan Farms peach, washed and cut into 8 slices
- 8 thin slices of prosciutto
Preheat grill (or oven) to 375° F. After you've trimmed the pork loin, cut 8 hasselback style slices. Cover the loin with BBQ rub of your choice. Wrap the peach slices with prosciutto. Stuff each hasselback cut with prosciutto wrapped peach. Cook the pork loin until the internal temperature reaches 145° F., which will take about 45 mins to an hour.
