Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion-sliced vertically
- 1 green bell pepper, core and seeds removed sliced vertically
- 1 red bell pepper, core and seeds removed sliced vertically
- 1 package fajita seasoning
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pound prepared grilled chicken strips such as Tyson®
- 6 8” tortillas,warmed
- Salsa, sour cream, avocado slices and lime slices, optional toppings
Directions
In a large sauté pan, on medium heat add olive oil, onion, green pepper and red pepper. Stir to combine and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add fajita seasoning, water and chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and put into serving bowl. Serve with tortillas and top with salsa, sour cream, avocado and lime slices, if desired.
