12 slices cocktail bread
12 Tablespoons cottage cheese (about 6 ounces)
1 fresh peach, sliced
1 fresh plum, sliced
4 strawberries, sliced
Balsamic glaze*
Candied walnuts, chopped (optional)
Basil leaves (optional)
*Homemade Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
In small sauce pan on medium-high heat, add the balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and simmer 3-5 minutes. Be cautious as glaze will thicken quickly. Use to drizzle over fruits.
Makes 1/4 cup.
