Heat oven to 350 F. Press the pie crust into a 9” pie plate; flute edge and set aside.
In a small bowl, add broccoli florets and 1/4 cup water. Cover and place in microwave and steam for 2 minutes on high. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add eggs, milk, ham, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and steamed broccoli. Stir to combine and pour into lined pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle of quiche comes out clean.
